FAST SHIPPING:
• We deliver in 2 to 5 business days to most areas in the U.S. after the day it is shipped. See transit time maps below. Estimated transit times DO NOT INCLUDE the day it is shipped, weekends or holidays. All U.S. shipping is from warehouses located in the United States. We do not ship
directly to any other countries but can ship to any U.S. port.
• Normal shipping days are Monday through Friday. During the winter after the Christmas holiday season is over, when shipping volume usually drops off, shipping is still performed at least twice a week, typically on Monday and Thursday.
• Orders received by 7:00 p.m. EST will normally ship the next shipping day!
EXAMPLE: If you place your order online before 7:00 p.m. EST on a Sunday, your order will normally ship the following shipping day, which is Monday. If your estimated transit time is 3 days (Tues, Wed, Thurs), your estimated delivery day is Thursday!
IF YOU ARE LATE IN ORDERING, DON'T DESPAIR! You can still place a picture in a gift box and they will have their scooter or bike just a couple of days later. Just let us know that you need a picture when you order and we will email you a high resolution color picture of your scooter or bike that can be printed. Also, although expensive, expedited shipping of our standup scooters is available using FedEx 2Day and FedEx Standard Overnight. See below.
Order by phone: 877-241-2817, extension 1. Our phone orders desk is open Monday through Friday from 10:00am to 6:00pm EST and 11:00am to 2:00pm on Saturday. It is our policy to respond to all emails, phone calls and fax immediately whenever possible but always within 24 hours during business hours. Often, we are available by phone later so feel free to call and leave a message after-hours. When we see your phone message, even if it is after hours on Saturday, we will call you back! We are closed on Sunday.
Order Online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through our secure shopping cart. Internet orders placed by 7:00 p.m. EST, 7 days a week, will normally ship the very next shipping day.
FREE SHIPPING for all electric and gas stand-up scooters (i.e., X-series and XG-series standup scooters such as the X-300 or XG-505) by USP Package Ground or FedEx Package Ground to your residence or business in the U.S. lower 48 states†. LOW COST SHIPPING for all motorcycles, moped bikes, bicycles, mobility scooters, and pocket bikes (i.e., XM-series, XB-series, XP series). These products are shipped by UPS Freight, FedEx Freight, or R+L Carriers. The exact cost is provided on each product page immediately below the "Add to Cart" button. For more information, see below.
Shipping by USP or FedEx Package Ground is free for all electric and gas stand-up scooters to the U.S. lower 48 states†. Shipping by UPS or FedEx Package Ground is only $100 for all electric bicycles to the U.S. lower 48 states. We do not ship directly to any other countries but can ship to any U.S. port.
All electric bicycles and all electric and gas stand-up scooters are shipped assembled except for the front wheel, handlebars, sometimes a minor item such as a fuse and, in the case of gas stand-up scooters, the small gas tank. The handlebars already have all the brake cables and electrical wires completely hooked up to them. You need only lift the handlebars into place and secure them with the included brackets and bolts. Some of the smaller electric standup scooters already have the front wheel installed. Instructions to complete the easy and quick assembly are provided.
Orders placed by 7:00 p.m. EST will normally ship on the following shipping day. You will receive an e-mail with the shipping confirmation, the name of the shipper,
and tracking number after your shipment is prepared.

EXPEDITING SHIPPING OF STANDUP SCOOTERS IS AVAILABLE USING FEDEX 2DAY OR FEDEX STANDARD OVERNIGHT SHIPPING:
Additional cost of expedited shipping: You should expect to spend from around $110 to $200 on expedited shipping an electric standup scooter by FedEx 2Day or from $140 to $250 on FedEx Standard Overnight (cost varies by distance and weight, e.g., the X-140 being the lightest and the X-600 being the heaviest).
NOTE: FedEx 2Day and FedEx Standard Overnight is not available for electric bicycles, mopeds, pocket bikes and mobility scooters, which are shipped only by UPS Freight.

Because of their greater size and/or weight, all motorcycles and mopeds, mobility scooters and pocket bikes are shipped by freight carrier in a large box strapped to a wooden pallet. The exact cost is provided below the "Add to Cart" button on each product page.
All units shipped by freight carrier arrive fully assembled except for the front wheel, handlebars (mopeds and pocket bike only), and minor items such as mirrors, pedals, trunk box, basket or windshield. The handlebars for mopeds, bicycles and pocket bikes arrive with all the brake cables and electrical wires completely hooked up. For the mopeds, you need only lift up the handlebars, sit it down on and secure it to the steering tube with a bolt. For pocket bikes, it is even simpler. Instructions with pictures to complete the assembly are provided. Note: All mobility scooters and electric motorcycles come with the handlebars already fully mounted. Full size electric motorcycles (only) also arrive with the front wheel mounted.
We use UPS Freight or R+L Carriers for 99% of all freight shipments going to the 48 lower states and to Canada†. We do not ship
to other countries but can ship to any U.S. port.
† Our XB-502, XB-600, XB-700Li, XB-300Li and XB-310Li electric bikes are eligible for shipment to Canada. Shipping to Canada is $100 extra which includes the required papers for Canadian Customs! Canadian customers are responsible for hiring a Canadian customs broker and for applicable Canadian taxes. Call us if you have questions.Orders placed by 7:00 p.m. EST will usually ship on the following shipping day.
Delivery directly to your residence, which includes liftgate service, is normally $50 extra. (Note: This of course does not apply to stand-up scooters which are always shipped directly to your residence for free. This also does not apply to E-Wheels mopeds and bikes which are always shipped with liftgate service.) Or you can save the $50 by having it delivered to a business with a loading dock* or by picking it up at your nearest UPS or FedEx Freight Terminal. (Call us at 877-241-2817 to find out whether your purchase will be shipped by UPS Freight, FedEx Freight or R+L Carriers.) If you choose one of these options, be sure you can handle a very large box strapped to a pallet. and have access to a pickup truck or some other adequate means of carrying it back to your residence.** Note that UPS, FedEx and R&L Freight Terminals are not the same as UPS or FedEx stores. These are also called UPS Freight, FedEx Freight and R+L Carriers Service Centers and there is generally only one in each large metropolitan area. * If the business owns and can operate a fork lift to remove the box from the rear of an 18 wheeler semi-trailer truck, a loading dock is not required.
* An exception is the XB-300Li and XB-310Li electric bicycle which comes in a box that can be easily carried by most cars and small SUV's. Box size is 58 x 11 x 30 inches and weighs only 60 pounds. The box comes strapped to a wooden pallet (to minimize shipping damage) which can be easily removed.
You can save up to an additional $100 off the freight delivery charge by picking up at the warehouse loading dock in Washington, Southern California or Arizona, depending on the model you are purchasing. Call us for details. Be sure you can handle a large box strapped to a pallet and have access to a pickup truck or some other adequate means of carrying it back to your residence. This shipping option is selectable in the shopping cart.
**All freight shipments must include the customers phone number. The carrier will phone the customer to schedule delivery to your residence or to advise you of its impending arrival at the UPS, FedEx or R+L Freight Terminal. If the carrier does have the correct phone number, your shipment will be delayed.
**Freight shipments going to New York City zip codes 100-104, 110-119, and 150-196 will incur a $138 additional service charge. There is no exception for this fee as all freight carriers are charging more for these NYC zip codes. To avoid delays in processing your order, please select this option if applicable in the shopping cart. If you are able to pick it up at the UPS Freight, FedEx Freight or R+L Carriers Service Center (depending on the model being shipped), you can save $50 on the freight delivery and also avoid this $138 additional fee. Call us for details. NOTE: This additional fee only applies to freight shipments, not to package shipments of our stand-up scooters.
**Freight shipments going to Martha's Vineyard Island zip codes 025-026 will incur a $120 additional service charge. To avoid delays in processing your order, please select this option if applicable in the shopping cart. If you are able to pick it up at the UPS Freight, FedEx Freight or R+L Carriers Service Center (depending on the model being shipped), you can save $50 on the freight delivery and also avoid this $120 additional fee. Call us for details.
**Freight shipments going to other difficult-to-access areas (e.g., locations which can only be reached by ferry) or to very remote locations may incur an additional service charge. This is extremely rare. You will always be provided with the option to accept or decline any additional shipping costs.
