FAST SHIPPING:
• We deliver in 2 to 4 business days to most areas in the U.S. after the day it is shipped. See transit time maps below. Estimated transit times DO NOT INCLUDE the day it is shipped, weekends or holidays. All U.S. shipping is from our centrally located warehouses in the Midwest.
• During the winter months, shipping days are Monday and Thursday. Normal shipping four days a week (M-Th) will resume this Spring.
• Orders received by 7:00 p.m. CST will normally ship the next shipping day!
EXAMPLE: If you place your order online before 7:00 p.m. CST on a Sunday, your order will normally ship the following shipping day, Monday. If your estimated transit time is 3 days (Tues, Wed, Thurs), your estimated delivery day is Thursday.
IF YOU ARE LATE IN ORDERING, DON'T DESPAIR! You can still place a picture in a gift box and they will have their scooter or bike just a couple of days later. Just let us know that you need a picture when you order and we will email you a high resolution color picture of your scooter or bike that can be printed. Also, although expensive, expedited shipping of our standup scooters is available using FedEx 2Day and FedEx Standard Overnight. See below.
Order by phone: 877-241-2817. Our phone orders desk is open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:00am to 4:00pm CST and Saturday from 10:00am to 1:00pm CST. Often, we are available by phone later so feel free to call after-hours. We are closed on Thursday and Sunday.
Order Online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through our secure shopping cart. Internet orders placed by 7:00 p.m. CST, 7 days a week, will normally ship the very next shipping day.
UPS or FedEx Package Shipping:
Shipping by USP or FedEx Package Ground is FREE for all electric and gas stand-up scooters. During the winter, we ship by UPS or FedEx Package Ground twice a week (Monday and Thursday) to the U.S. lower 48 states and to Canada†. We do not ship
directly to any other countries but can ship to any U.S. port.
Orders placed by 7:00 p.m. CST will normally ship on the following shipping day. You will receive an e-mail with the shipping confirmation, the name of the shipper,
and tracking number after your shipment is prepared.

EXPEDITING SHIPPING OF STANDUP SCOOTERS IS AVAILABLE USING FEDEX 2DAY OR FEDEX STANDARD OVERNIGHT SHIPPING:
Additional cost of expedited shipping: You should expect to spend from around $110 to $200 on expedited shipping an electric standup scooter by FedEx 2Day or from $140 to $250 on FedEx Standard Overnight (cost varies by distance and weight, e.g., the X-140 being the lightest and the X-600 being the heaviest).
NOTE: FedEx 2Day and FedEx Standard Overnight is not available for electric bicycles, mopeds, pocket bikes and mobility scooters, which are shipped only by UPS Freight.

Because of their greater size and/or weight, all motorcycles and mopeds (XM-series), ATV's (XA-series), mobility scooters, electric bikes (XB-series) and pocket bikes (XP-series) are shipped by freight carrier strapped to pallets.
We use UPS Freight for 99% of all freight shipments going to the 48 lower states. During the winter, we ship by UPS Freight twice a week (Monday and Thursday) to the U.S. lower 48 states and to Canada†. We do not ship
to other countries but can ship to any U.S. port.
† Our XB-502, XB-508, XB-562 and XB-600 electric bikes as well as our XB-420M mobility scooter are eligible for shipment to Canada. Delivery directly to your residence, which includes liftgate service, is only $50 extra. Or you can save the $50 by having it delivered to a business with a loading dock* or by picking it up at your nearest UPS Freight Terminal. If you choose one of these options, be sure you can handle a very large box strapped to a pallet (each is fully assembled except for mirrors, a few minor pieces and usually the front wheel) and have access to a pickup truck or some other adequate means of carrying it back to your residence.** Note that UPS Freight Terminals are not the same as UPS stores. These are also called UPS Freight Service Centers and there is generally only one in each large metropolitan area. CLICK HERE to locate your nearest UPS Freight Terminal / Service Center.
* If the business owns and can operate a fork lift to remove the box from the rear of an 18 wheeler semi-trailer truck, a loading dock is not required.
* An exception is the XB-300Li electric bicycle which comes in a box that can be easily carried by most cars and small SUV's. Box size is 58 x 11 x 30 inches and weighs only 60 pounds. The box comes strapped to a wooden pallet (to minimize shipping damage) which can be easily removed. Slightly more assembly is needed on this model: front wheel, handlebars, seat, pedals and accessories.
You can save up to an additional $99 off the freight delivery charge by picking up at the warehouse loading dock in Newton, Iowa. Call us for details. This shipping option is selectable in the shopping cart.
**All freight shipments must include the customers phone number. The carrier will phone the customer to schedule delivery to your residence or to advise you of its impending arrival at the UPS Freight Terminal. If the carrier does have the correct phone number, your shipment will be delayed.
**Freight shipments going to New York City zip codes 10001-10099 & 10101-10292 will incur a $138 additional service charge. There is no exception for this fee as all freight carriers are charging more for these NYC zip codes. To avoid delays in processing your order, please select this option if applicable in the shopping cart. If you are able to pick it up at the Brooklyn UPS Freight Service Center in Brooklyn, New York (295 Lombardy Street, Brooklyn, NY, 11222-5516, 800-333-7400), you can save $50 on the freight delivery and also avoid this $138 additional fee. NOTE: This additional fee only applies to UPS Freight shipments, not to UPS package shipments of our stand-up scooters.
**Freight shipments going to Martha's Vineyard Island zip codes 025-026 will incur a $120 additional service charge. To avoid delays in processing your order, please select this option if applicable in the shopping cart. If you are able to pick it up at the Hyannis UPS Freight Service Center in Wareham, MA (44 Tobey Road, Wareham, MA 02571-1011, 800-333-7400), you can save $50 on the freight delivery and also avoid this $120 additional fee.
