The XM-150 is equipped with a 150cc gasoline 4-stroke engine and automatic transmission for optimal performance and nearly zero maintenance. The XM-150 comes with a tool kit that fits the common nuts and bolts on the moped, and an under-the-seat trunk box. The XM-150 is DOT certified and comes with a completed MSO (Manufacturer's Certificate of Origin) that you can exchange for a Title and registration at your local DMV.
