We promise to process and submit your order to the shipping warehouse SUPER FAST! -- normally within a couple of hours but always the same business day that make your order!

Orders received by 4 pm EST on a weekday will normally ship from the warehouse in 2 to 3 business days after you place your order. Note: During the busy holiday season, shipping may take a couple of days longer. SO, PLAN AHEAD & ORDER NOW!!

• And your order will normally arrive within 2 to 6 business days AFTER the day it ships! Estimated transit times DO NOT INCLUDE the day it is shipped, weekends or holidays. All U.S. shipping is from warehouses located in the United States. We do not ship directly to any other countries except Canada but can ship to any U.S. port.

EXAMPLE: If you place your order online before 4:00 p.m. EST on a Monday, your order will normally ship by Thursday. If your estimated transit time is 3 business days (Friday, Monday, Tuesday), your estimated delivery day is the following Tuesday!

• AGAIN, during the busy holiday season, it may take a couple of days longer to ship from the warehouse and shipping transit times may take a day or so longer as well.

IF YOU ARE LATE IN ORDERING, DON'T DESPAIR!
You can still place a picture in a gift box and they will have their scooter or bike just a couple of days later. Just let us know that you need a picture when you order and we will email you a high resolution color picture of your scooter or bike that can be printed. Also, although expensive, expedited shipping of our electric bicycles is available using services such as FedEx 2Day and FedEx Standard Overnight. See below.

Order Online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through our secure shopping cart. Internet orders placed by 4:00 p.m. EST, 7 days a week, will normally ship within 2 to 3 business days.

Order by phone: 727-474-9992 or 877-241-2817, extension 1. Our phone orders desk is open Monday through Friday from 10:00am to 5:30pm EST and 11:00am to 2:00pm on Saturday. It is our policy to respond to all emails, phone calls and fax immediately whenever possible but always within 24 hours during business hours. Often, we are available by phone later so feel free to call and leave a message after-hours. When we see your phone message, even if it is after hours on Saturday, we will call you back! We are closed on Sunday.

Estimated Transit Times:

E-Wheels, X-Treme and GT series mopeds and mobility scooters are shipped from warehouses located in Arizona, Washington or Southern California by freight carriers to your location . X-Treme bicycles and standup scooters are shipped by USP Ground or FedEx Ground from a warehouse in Washington state. Estimated transit times in business days after the day the product is shipped are as follows:

For Florida residents that live near our store in Largo Florida, GT series mobility scooters can sometimes be delivered by private carrier with white-glove delivery (scooter is rolled off the carrier ready for you to ride!) to locations within 200 miles of our store.  If you live in Florida and wish to purchase a GT series mobility scooter, feel free to call our sales line at 727-474-9992 to see if we can arrange a white-glove delivery for you. 

EV-Rider and Heartway USA mobility scooters are shipped from warehouses located in Florida. Prodeco bicycles are also shipped from a Florida warehouse. So, depending on where you live, shipping times can vary from 1 to 6 business days after the day the product is shipped.

Note: Delays can occur to the delivery of your package due to inclement weather, truck breakdowns, and other unforeseen factors. Accordingly, the above transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. 


Transparency in Shipping Costs:

Unlike some others, we believe that customer's should know up front the exact cost of shipping their purchase BEFORE they enter all their address and credit card information into the shopping cart. Accordingly, we indicate the exact cost of standard ground shipping up front at the top of each product's main webpage immediately below the "Add to Cart" button. And we work to keep our shipping costs as low as possible through negotiation with our carriers. There are no hidden additional fees* that are added as you make your order in our shopping cart, just the one simple price you see when you first view our products.

To make it our prices even more transparent, we have included FREE SHIPPING with most of the products we sell. Of course, FedEx, UPS and other shipping companies do not ship for free. So, we have incorporated our cost for shipping in the sales price for these products. This way, you can be confident that you getting the best price for your purchase.

Shipments going to difficult-to-access areas (e.g., highly congested areas or locations which can only be reached by ferry) or to very remote locations may incur an additional service charge. This is rare. You will always be notified of any additional shipping costs provided with the option to accept or decline them.

Package Ground Shipping:

All electric stand-up scooters and and all electric bicycles (but not electric moped bikes) are shipped to your residence or business in the U.S. lower 48 states† using services such as FedEx Package Ground. We do not ship directly to any other countries except Canada† but can ship to any U.S. port.

Orders placed by 4:00 p.m. EST will normally ship within 2 to 3 business days. You will receive an e-mail with the shipping confirmation, the name of the shipper, and tracking number after your shipment is prepared. 


U.S. Time Zones

† Our electric bikes are eligible for shipment to Canada. Additional shipping costs apply. Call us for your door-to-door cost which includes shipping to Canada, Canadian taxes, and the broker fee for handling Canadian customs.

EXPEDITING SHIPPING OF SOME ELECTRIC BICYCLES IS AVAILABLE USING 2ND DAY OR OVERNIGHT SHIPPING:

Additional cost of expedited shipping: You should expect to spend from an ADDITIONAL $150 to $250 for expedited 2nd Day shipping of electric bicycles or an ADDITIONAL $250 to $350 for Overnight shipping of electric bicycles. Rates vary with transit distance, weight and size of the package.

NOTE: 2nd Day and Overnight shipping is not available for mopeds, trikes and mobility scooters, which are only shipped by Freight trucking companies.

FREIGHT SHIPPING:

Because of their greater size and/or weight, all moped bikes, trikes and mobility scooters are shipped by freight carrier strapped securely to wooden pallets.

We use various freight carriers including Vitran, Old Dominion, Central Freight Lines, Estes, Saia and R+L for freight shipments going to the 48 lower states and to Canada†. We do not ship to other countries except Canada† but can ship to any U.S. port. 

† Our electric moped, trikes and mobilty scooters are eligible for shipment to Canada. Additional shipping costs apply. Call us for your door-to-door cost which includes shipping to Canada, Canadian taxes, and a broker fee for handling Canadian customs. 

Orders placed by 4:00 p.m. EST will normally ship within 2 to 3 business days. 

Delivery directly to your residence or office with liftgate service (a $50 to $80 value) is standard at no extra charge! 

**All freight shipments must include the customers phone number. The carrier will phone the customer to a delivery date and time window. Typically, there will be a minimum of a four-hour timeframe for the delivery and an adult must be available to accept, inspect, and sign-for the delivery. See inspection instructions below. If the carrier does not have the correct phone number or cannot reach you, your shipment will be delayed.

The freight delivery company is not responsible for carrying the item into the building.

Since your package is likely to be heavy and large, we recommend that you have someone with you to help move the item to a safe location. The shipping charge does not include inside delivery, removal of cartons, or assembly.

**Freight shipments going to residences and businesses with New York City zip codes beginning with 100-104 and 110-112 will incur a $190 additional service charge. There is no exception for this fee as all freight carriers are charging more for these NYC zip codes. To avoid delays in processing your order, please select this option if applicable in the shopping cart. If you are able to pick it up at the freight carriers service center or if you have a business with a loading dock that is regularly used by freight trucking companies, you can avoid this $190 additional fee. Call us for details. NOTE: This additional fee only applies only to freight shipments of mobility scooters and electric moped bikes, not to ground shipments of our electric bicycles and parts.

Additional Shipping Details:

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO's or FPO's. We do not offer COD.

1. Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

2. Please allow for additional shipping and handling time for all items shipping via a freight trucking company. These items cannot be expedited.

Inspecting For Shipping Damage - A Vital Customer Responsibility:

When your order is delivered you should immediately inspect the carton for any potential damage that may have occurred during shipment.

Carefully inspect the packaging. It is normal for the carton to show some wear; however, if any damage did occur follow these steps:

1. If there is any damage to the carton, make a note of the damage to the carton on the shipping receipt and mark "damage to contents subject to further inspection", sign and date it. The delivery person should also sign the slip and leave a copy for your records. Use a cell phone camera or other digital camera to take pictures of the damage to the carton as this will help in filing a claim with the shipper should any shipping damage to the product be later discovered.

2. If there is significant visible damage to the carton:

  • DO NOT OPEN the carton and DO NOT REMOVE the product from the carton (unless later requested by Electric Vehicle Mall or a manufacturer representative);
  • In addition to noting the damage to the carton on the shipping receipt, REQUEST THAT A CLAIM BE FILED WITH THE CARRIER FOR DAMAGE;
  • Immediately email Electric Vehicle Mall Customer Service representative at service@electricvehiclemall.com for further instructions. In your email, identify the customer name and zip code to which the package was shipped, and describe the damage to the carton.

3. If there is minor damage to the carton, open the top of the carton and, without removing the product from the carton, inspect the contents for damage. If you find significant damage to the contents, do not further open the carton but contact a Electric Vehicle Mall  Customer Service representative immediately by email to service@electricvehiclemall.com

3. If you can see no damage to the contents so far, completely remove the contents from the carton and inspect for any damage. If you find any damage, contact a Electric Vehicle Mall  Customer Service representative immediately by email to service@electricvehiclemall.com.

Tracking Your Order

To find your order status, check your e-mail. Within one business day after your purchase is shipped, you will receive an email entitled “Electric Vehicle Mall Shipment Notification" that provides a tracking number by which you can follow the transit of your purchase to your location. The tracking information is accessible through the carrier’s website. However, it may take up to 48 hours or longer before the package is checked into the carrier's tracking system. That means even though your package has already shipped from our warehouse and is on its way to you, the carrier may not be able to provide any information about your package for up to 48 hours or more.

Orders for small items such as parts are sometimes delivered via a carrier that does not offer the ability to track a package.
